There is history of a pub on this site since 1814, however the current pub was designed by J. J. O’Callaghan and built in the 1880s
The previous owner called it The Glimmer Man after a late night discussion about pub names while sitting under an old overhead gas heater. A Gimmer Man was a somewhat pejorative for a gas inspector.
This print is hand illustrated, printed, packed and shipped by me from my studio in Dublin 7. This is a limited edition giclee print on high quality acid-free paper using premium canon inks. The pint comes on a hand pained, Neutral pH backing board wrapped in a Archival and Crystal Clear sealed bag for long or short term protection
